NORTH CAROLINA - Wilkes County

Jeremiah PRUITT (b. ca. 1821) (My great-great grandfather)

Jeremiah was born and lived in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Jeremiah later married Rebecca (last name unknown). Rebecca was born about 1843 in Wilkes County. Their marriage produced at least on child, Hardin (or Harden) PRUITT.

My Eighth Generation Ancestors -

NORTH CAROLINA - Wilkes County

Harden PRUITT (b. ca. 1849) (My great-grandfather.)

Harden (or Hardin) was born and lived in Wilkes County, North Carolina. Harden later married Margaret OSBORNE. Margaret was born about 1854 in Virginia. Their marriage produced the following six children:

1. Fanny PRUITT (b. ca. 1871) 4. Rose PRUITT (b. ca. 1877)

2. Laura PRUITT (b. ca. 1874) 5. Edward PRUITT (b. ca. 1879)

3. Charles PRUITT (b. ca. 1875) 6. William Cameron PRUITT (b. ca. 1882)
